The house is located in the heart of the medieval  village “Panicale”. The house does not have a private parking however there is a public parking in the square just  in front to the main entrance of the village.

Grounds:  Private Exclusive Swimming Pool (size sm. 6×4 ), 1 Outdoor shower, Private Garden, Terrace with dining area, Panoramic views.
