Perched on a private beachfront location along the coast of Grand Cayman you will find the elegant 5-bedroom Villa,Beata. This modern villa is based in the quiet area of South Sound. The property can accommodate up to fourteen guests and encompasses a vast amount of outdoor living space and exquisite interiors. South Sound is a serene and tropical setting that will provide you and your loved ones with an authentic island style vacation. While indulging in its own secluded location the villa is also just a ten-minute drive from the island’s key destinations such as the famous Seven Mile Beach.

The villas three-story structure overlooks incredible 360-degree views of the Caribbean Sea. This sun-kissed location is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation that tinges the air with sweet scents. The interiors open out onto the terraces and balconies, filling each room with light and warmth. The modern fittings include the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding your vision with views of the turquoise Sea, contemporary architecture, Zen-inspired art, and handcrafted furnishings. The main living area is found through the entrance and embraces an open plan space. The living dining and kitchen area blend into one contemporary room and opens out onto the terrace with alfresco dining and seating. This floor includes a fun media room fitted with two comfortable twin Murphy beds.

The beach acts as your backyard, as it is accessed easily from the terrace. Walk down onto the pristine shoreline in the mornings and watch the sunrise over the water. The water is crisp and calm to swim in, perfect for fun water activities. The villa caters to such needs as it supplies you with a kayak and paddleboard. Explore the incredible crystallized waters and delve into this Caribbean world beneath the water’s surface. Indulge in a refreshing swim as you slip into the ocean for a saltwater dip. You could also retreat to the seclusion of your villa and swim in the silky waters of the infinity edge pool. Lounge out on the sunbeds surrounding the pool or sit in the secluded shade cast by the tall palms as you listen to the rhythmic sounds of the waves gliding back and forth.

In the evenings you can experience an authentic island lifestyle as you dine alfresco on the terrace. Tuck into a delicious Caribbean themed meal as you relax and unwind with family and friends. As the property is facing towards the south you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets the Grand Caymans have to offer. Once the colorful sunset has melted away you can now enjoy the stars shimmering above you. As you make your way back to the privacy of your luxurious bedroom you can see the views of the water from your balcony. In this secluded paradise, you can fall asleep to the lull of the ocean below.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms are fitted with lavish linens and the bathrooms provide amenities such as bath products, hairdryers, towels, slippers, and robes. On the ground floor, you will discover the first king-sized bedroom. This waterfront bedroom enjoys incredible ocean views and its own private en-suite bathroom, fitted with a large walk-in rainfall shower and beautiful dual vanity. The room includes access to a child’s room which has a set of extra-large twin bunk beds located in the hallway alcove. The second floor holds another two bedrooms, one with a lavish queen-sized bed and another with comfortable twin beds. The twin room includes additional games, for example, an Xbox gaming system and an Apple TV. Making your way up to the third floor of the villa you will find another large Queen-sized bedroom with panoramic sea views and the glamorous master suite. The master suite follows an elegant open plan room. The large king-sized bed sits opposite the open plan bathroom which features an interior walk-in shower, dual vanity, and a private water closet. The room shares an additional exterior bathroom with the Queen bedroom on this floor. The bathroom is fitted with a deep exterior soaking tub and an exterior shower. Both rooms share access out onto the oceanfront balcony.

The villa has taken measures to have a sustainable and Eco friendly approach. The property contains recycling bins, and is also outfitted with solar panels for its energy source. By supplying renewable energy sources this villa is a great way to enjoy a vacation and keep your carbon footprint to a minimum.

*Additional Beach Details – Villa Beata is based directly on the oceanfront/beachfront facing south. This shoreline is wide and sandy; therefore, water shoes are not required on the beach. The entrance of the water has some soft turtle grass, and the soft sandy bottom begins about 15 yards from shore. Snorkeling is a must, as there is an interesting Old shipwreck in front of the house.
