Our guests love this location as you are within walking distance to the grocery store, a selection of nice casual restaurants and some nice bars too. The even better news is you are just a 20-minute walk to the heart of Playa del Carmen. Playa del Carmen is a firm favourite with our guests, it is one of the most popular towns along the Riviera Maya. The popular 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen features a wide range of boutiques and local shops. The area also boasts a large selection of high end restaurants serving international cuisine as well as more local Mexican eateries serving a selection of traditional Mexican dishes. Playa del Carmen is also known for its fantastic shopping, uber chic lounges and a bustling nightlife scene. Here you will also find a great range of nightclubs and bars that open until late. If you don’t feel like walking you can take a quick taxi ride into town.

As you enter Villa Carmen you will feel you have landed in complete luxury. The private pool greets you and offers a stunning view and complete privacy. For guests looking to keep fit while on vacation, the infinity pool at Villa Carmen uses no chemicals, and has a “swim against the current” system using a 5.5-horsepower motor.

The home is one of the newest villas in Playacar and boasts incredibly sophisticated technology throughout the entire house. The villa is fully automated with start of the art technology throughout. Some Villa Carmen technology include a filtered circulating air system, automated black out curtains, armoured and sound proof glass doors and windows.

The views from  Villa Carmen are truly stunning and the Caribbean Sea can be viewed from many rooms including the dining room, kitchen, and the stunning pool area. There is also a large Jacuzzi are in the pool that can fit up to 9 people. The pool terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind, it is also an ideal spot to enjoy cocktails before dinner.

The master bedroom: Features a king size bed and opens up onto the pool deck where you can get a glimpse of the Caribbean Sea. The second bedroom, also known as the Mayan bedroom boasts unique views of the ancient Mayan Ruins which is simply stunning. The third bedroom is known as the jungle bedroom. This bedroom features a terrace that opens to lush tropical gardens and jungle, and hence captivates that feeling of privacy and seclusion! The fourth bedroom is a loft style bedroom but offers plenty of space. The loft features a pull-out king bed and also has an upper mezzanine that has room to host another 2 guests with the second king size bed.
