Designed in the 1920s by Giancarlo Maroni, the celebrated architect of the Vittoriale degli Italiani (home of poet Gabriele D’Annunzio), the villa embodies a perfect blend of historical charm and modern sophistication.

Rates & Conditions

• Weekly rate: from € 6,850
• Daily rate: from € 990 (minimum stay 3–7 nights depending on season)
• Security deposit: € 1,500 (credit card)

• Pool heating: € 500 per week
• Extra bed: € 50 per night (max. 2)
• Extra cleaning: € 30 per hour
• Babysitting: € 30 per hour
• Pets: € 100 per dog per stay (max. 2) + € 500 additional deposit per dog

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• 30% deposit required at booking

• Balance due 60 days before arrival

• Cancellations within 60 days: 100% of the total amount is charged
