Located in one of the most iconic stretches of the Sorrento bay, perched on its cliff, this five-level mansion, surrounded by its opulent garden with plants from all around the world (more than 700 different species), a semisubmerged grotto carved in Roman times, is set right in front of the sea. The house affords views of the scenic landscape and sea from almost every angle.

On the sweeping grounds, there’s a 3-level dependence, a heated pool, a solarium, and a private dock. Hidden away, yet very close to the town center, this home offers six bedrooms decorated in neoclassical style, some with frescoed walls and others with hand-painted decorations, contemporary fabrics, and an entire collection of archaeological statues and historical items. In the dependence, 4 contemporary style bedrooms add capacity to the estate, including 30.000 square meters of private gardens. The interior of the property measures 1,200 square meters, and it can accommodate a total of 12 adults in the main building and 8 in the dependance. It is best used for a total of 12 guests.

The property is located on a cliff overlooking the sea and in Sorrento, perfect for guests who want to be close to the local life. For the panoramic location of the villa, this property is a fit for professionally looked children.

And, as well as the restaurants, shopping, and nearby nature, people’s perceptions are also mesmerized by what a culturally rich area this is in terms of museums, architecture, and art.

We recommend the popular L’Antica Trattoria, mentioned in the Michelin guide, and many international magazines, like Gourmet magazine from New York & Bon Appétit from Los Angeles. Food connoisseurs won’t miss a mecca for gourmands, the world-famous Don Alfonso 1890, in Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, a small hamlet just to the south of Sorrento. The restaurant owns its farm that supplies ingredients like the extra-virgin olive oil used here. The exceptional wine cellar houses 25,000 bottles in tunnels that date back many centuries. Each restaurant in the region offers a children’s menu. A plethora of bars, cocktail bars, and wine bars is available in Sorrento. The best bar for social activities is inside of Bellevue Syrene Hotel.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

T.P.T (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies for each booking; its amount is linked to the number of guests, and it has a flat-rate value of €340. This amount guarantees the travel planning time, performed by a dedicated travel planner, the remote emergency service active 24/7, the check-in at 4 pm on arrival day, including property status control and its report, and the check-out at 10 am, featuring the property damage control at 8:30 am on check-out day, finally, the detailed accounting of services ordered and the touristic taxes (flat-rate)

CANCELLATION 

The deposit shall be paid for confirmation, and it’s 50% the rental plus taxes
Balance must be paid a maximum of 90 days before arrival, and it consists of 50% of the rental plus 20% of the gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance)

Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) before arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests of Rental dates change.

All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any tourist structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration process, you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrive at the property.
