Villa Corallo is a seaside retreat for the modern age. This small vacation rental boasts nearly 80 square meters of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Tucked into a private garden outside the bustle of the town center, the property is nevertheless close to the classic beach resort of Lerici.

Designed for privacy and comfort, the house opens to a secluded (and gated) courtyard with shaded lounging and dining areas, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and a pool.

The house was completed in 2021 and is laid out around a signature combination entrance and living area, featuring a balcony and fabulous sea view windows. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen offers both a formal dining table and a casual breakfast bar, opening into a large terrace with a jacuzzi and a stunning sea view.

Though the villa feels like a hidden gem, it’s only a 10-minute walk from the popular Lerici beach — long a favorite with locals, honeymooners, and the jet-set alike — and the center of the town, where you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options. The property’s location in the La Spezia area of Liguria also puts you within day-trip distance of towns like Portofino, Genoa, or the historic Lucca and the iconic Pisa.

Policies and requirements

Cancellation

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrived at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement.

For late check-in (after 8 pm), an extra cost of 50,00 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
