Nestled between Liguria and Tuscany, Villa Altaluna is a refined country estate where winemaking heritage meets contemporary elegance.
Originally founded by Luciano Lotti in the late 1960s, the property continues today under the care of his daughter Olivia, who has transformed it into a boutique Maison de Charme while preserving its soul as a working vineyard.

Spread across twelve hectares, Villa Altaluna produces award-winning wines such as Atys, Ithaa, and Undicinodi. The manor house hosts five exclusive suites designed for privacy, comfort, and quiet connection to nature — ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking authenticity and relaxation in one of Italy’s most beautiful landscapes.

Deluxe Suite (50 m²) – Sleeps 4
Bright first-floor apartment with double bed and sofa bed (170×190 cm), bathroom with fine finishes, and shared terrace overlooking the gardens.

Executive Suite (50 m²) – Sleeps 5
Quiet and detached, featuring a private terrace with vineyard views, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, and refined bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Family Suite (approx. 60 m²) – Sleeps 4
Ideal for families: two connecting rooms, two bathrooms, living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, and private terrace.

Junior Suite (approx. 40 m²) – Sleeps 2
Located above the main villa, with cozy living space, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and private terrace facing the vineyard.

All suites include: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, minibar, coffee machine, in-room safe, and direct phone line.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

• 30% deposit required at booking

• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival

• Cancellations within 60 days: 100% of the total amount is charged

• Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (late check-in + € 100)
  Check-out: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (late check-out + € 100)
