This villa has previously belonged to the cosmetic icon Estee Lauder, it has been completely restored to accommodate a modern lifestyle. The villa offers the best of the French Riviera lifestyle with sea view from every level of the house, a flat garden terrace with a heated swimming pool and a second large terrace with a summer kitchen. There are several terraces leading out fro the house into the garden which are great for Al Fresco dining.
The villa has a large entrance hall with a grand staircase , guest toilet, double living rooms, a fully equipped high end kitchen, dining room that opens up onto a nice terrace with a barbecue. On this floor there is also a utility room.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area in Cannes Californie within easy access into Cannes and down to the beach.
