What to expect

“Pesto making Class”  € 70 per person

As we take in the stunning view of the sea from the vineyard, I’ll begin the class by sharing the fascinating history of our pesto from Spezia.
I’ll explain the traditional system of using the best basil plants and carefully selecting high-quality ingredients to ensure the best flavor.
Then, I’ll demonstrate the two methods of preparing pesto: using a mortar and pestle or an electric blender. I’ll also give you tips on how to properly store the pesto to keep it fresh for as long as possible. After we’ve made our pesto, we’ll package it up for you to take home and enjoy. You can savor the fruits of your labor either when you return home or on a rocky cliff overlooking the sea. The class lasts about two hours, and we’ll provide you with water and wine from the local Possa winery.

“Mani in pasta Class”  €100 per person

The experience includes: 

  • (I) Aperitif
  • (II) Cooking class and preparation of:
    • recipe of stuffed fresh pasta typical of the tortelli area
    • 1 recipe of typical fresh pasta
    • 1 dessert recipe For the cooking lesson, plan one workstation per person, with all the necessary ingredients and utensils, so that guests can get their hands on the dough and prepare all the recipes.
  •  (III) Lunch or dinner with prepared recipes and drinks included: unlimited still and sparkling water, 1 bottle of wine for every 2 guests, coffee 

“Mani in pasta Class 2” €100 per person

  • 1 appetizer recipe
  • 1 typical fresh pasta recipe
  • 1 dessert recipe

    Guests will have to prepare all the recipes (by putting their hands in the dough and having all the ingredients and utensils necessary for preparation available). There is at least one workstation for every 2 guests, it would be preferable to have 1 workstation per person. At the end of the preparation, there will be a tasting of what the guests have prepared for lunch or dinner based on the course timetable.
