Villa Jelena is a gorgeous luxury villa on the island of Brac that is one of the most enchanting destinations along the Split Riviera of Croatia. Situated in a protected bay in the southeast region, the villa enjoys sublime views of the Adriatic Sea and Dalmatian Islands.

Villa Jelena is an 500 m2 impressive 6 bedrooms villa completely built of Brac stone (same as the US White House). During the winter of 2016 the villa was completely rebuilt to a very high luxury standard – the villa is now one of the most desirable on the Adriatic as not only is it an executive standard, but the villa enjoys being in a quiet bay surrounded by beautiful garden, so it is very quiet yet just minutes away from the local places.

When you arrive at Villa Jelena there is a beautiful garden with lavender, pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary, geraniums and many other Mediterranean plants.

Walkthrough

The main entrance of the villa is in the middle floor where you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as one of the 3 entertainment rooms furnished with flat screen, satellite TV/DVD and three terraces (one with a table tennis table).

On the ground floor there is master bedroom and one bathroom, this room also has a day bed perfect for families furnished with flat screen, satellite TV/DVD. The main kitchen and dining room (full chef service can be arranged) are on this level as well as the covered terrace and alfresco dining areas.

Outdoor terraces give plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. From this level there are 5 steps to another set of terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi another with a hammock. A large day bed with loads of cushions can be found here – perfect to read a book and look onto the sea with a cappuccino or cocktail. From that terrace you stroll into the Adriatic Sea, there are steps right into the crystal water.

Six superb bedroom suites accommodate fourteen, making Jelena an ideal vacation rental for family reunions and destination wedding guests.

Policies and requirements

Cancellation

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 40% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
