• Check-in: from 18:00 (arrivals after 21:00 incur an extra fee)
• Check-out: by 10:00
• Minimum renter age: 28 years
• Children: welcome (0-17); parents must supervise near the pool
• Events/parties: not permitted
• Pets: one small dog up to 22 lbs / 10 kg on request
• Smoking: allowed only in designated outdoor areas (garden or terrace); no smoking indoors
• Check-out instructions – run the dishwasher, gather used towels, remove personal items and food, take out rubbish, switch off lights, lock doors, and return keys.

Privately managed; EU consumer-protection rules for commercial rentals do not apply.
A passport/ID and a credit-card hold or cash deposit are required at check-in. Special requests are subject to availability and possible surcharges. Cash payments above € 5,000 are not accepted under Italian law. No elevator; multiple interior and exterior steps. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, a carbon-monoxide detector, and a first-aid kit.
A car is recommended for beach and excursion access.

Policies and requirements

• Booking deposit: 50 % of the total rental amount is payable to confirm the reservation.
• Balance due 60 days before the arrival

Cancellation

• Cancel up to 61 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip, and the reservation is non-refundable.
