This stunning villa, in typical Costa Smeralda style, a project by renowned architect Savin Corelle, is located in a prime location, just a few meters from La Celvia beach. It is part of a private residential area within Consorzio, one of the Emerald Coast’s most elegant and prestigious locations at the entrance of Cala di Volpe Bay. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, the villa enjoys a private and tranquil environment with spectacular sea views.

The villa features five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (including a large master suite) and one twin bedroom with bathroom, for a total of twelve sleeping places, a spacious living room, dining area, TV area, covered fully furnished terraces for outdoor lounging and dining, sheltered BBQ area, kitchen, laundry area, covered parking.

A swimming pool and a beautifully kept garden complete the estate.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

• Morning Housekeeping Service 1 person of staff 4 hours a day 5 days a week (from Munday to Friday);
• Electricity (Air Conditioning) consumption is included – Please note that more hours of cleaning may be needed, depending on the size and habits of the group: our team will automatically increase hours and/or
  staff if needed, to be accounted as extra, to maintain the house tidy and ready for current and upcoming guests) – * = Owner’s family uses the rest of the summers, however, monthly rentals requests are taken into consideration, prices are on request

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• T.P.T (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies for each booking, its amount is linked to the number of guests and it has a flat-rate value of €340. This amount guarantees the travel planning time, performed by a dedicated travel planner, the remote emergency service active 24/7, the check-in at 4 pm on arrival day, including property status control and its report, and the check-out at 10 am, featuring the property damage control at 8:30 am on check-out day, finally, the detailed accounting of services ordered and the touristic taxes (flat-rate)

CANCELLATION

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• No smoking

• No parties with exterior visitors allowed.
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities.
• All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in.

According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration process, you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrived at the property.
