The beaches of Liguria as well as Tuscany and the Cinque Terre villages are easily accessible from here. Ideal to go during the day to bathe with the family to enjoy the culture of the country and to draw in the evening in the freshness and tranquility of the mountains back.
The villa has been carefully renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of the highest quality to offer all modern comforts.
Set high among the lush green hills which border Liguria and Tuscany and are surrounded by Mediterranean trees, it guarantees utmost privacy and seclusion and occupies the perfect spot for peaceful relaxation. In addition, the villa’s outdoor pool and the lovely pergola and relax area invite you to bathe at leisure quitely.
Great location for those who want to visit Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. In 30 minutes you can reach the seaside (Lerici, San Terenzo, Bocca di Magra). Only 1.5 km to the nearest town and 10 minutes to get to the train station of Aulla where you can easily reach the amazing Cinque Terre as well as the main Tuscany towns of Pisa, Florence, Lucca.

Villa Alba is on two levels.
On the ground floor, there is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a double bedroom with a bathroom.
A convenient staircase in the transparent glass leads on the first floor with a bright and comfortable bedroom area with sofas, television, and stereo CD. Adjoin the living room there is the fully equipped kitchen and the large dining room. The peculiarity of the main hall (ground floor) is the bridge made in glass throughout guests will step into a cozy junior suite, with a double bed and private bathroom with shower.

The large garden extends to a shaded open living area with a pool and outdoor shower. Here armchairs and a large dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and the perfect setting for intimate dinners. The carefully garden is full of colorful flowers and Mediterranean trees, with shady refreshing areas which offer sea breeze and beautiful views.

HEATING – Heating is available at an additional charge of 40,00 Euro per day and must be paid directly on the spot to the owner or his/her representative before departing. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries. If you look for a property in the low season, make sure to ask for an estimate of the heating cost. You may be asked a supplementary deposit for heating expenses.
WATER AND ELECTRICITY – Please note that most of the properties that we offer are not the typical purpose-built Mediterranean holiday villas. Most are converted farmhouses or former manor houses, full of character and history. Water shortages do occur; please use it sparingly during the summer months. At the same time, Italy is probably one of the few countries in the world where the government has introduced a system of electricity limitators to contain the national consumption. This means you must be careful when using more than one appliance at once because the limitator will shut the electricity off.

All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at the time of booking. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrived at the property.
