Villa Aldebaran is a large (275 m2)  accommodation located at Koparetie in Röhkömukka in Äkäslompolo. The chalet is suitable for up to 16 persons and is ideal for companies, clubs, big families, or groups of friends wishing to accommodate guests comfortably in four separate four-bed apartments.

The chalet is composed of four separate apartments and a common living room, dining area, kitchen, and sauna. The spacious living room has a big open fireplace made from natural stone and is surrounded by a comfortable leather sofa, two lounge chairs, and a TV. There is also a dining area with a table for 16 people and a big well-equipped kitchen. You will find a large common sauna department attached to the living room area, with a sauna, a washing room with two showers, a dressing room, and a WC. If you need to wash, dry, or iron your clothes, there is a laundry room in the common area as well.

The four apartments have their own entrances with separate keys. The apartments, suitable for four people, consisting of a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for four, two bedrooms with two beds, a sofa, TV, and a bathroom with a WC, shower, and a drying cabinet for clothes.

Villa Aldebaran is located on a hill and has beautiful natural surroundings. The convenient location of Villa Aldebaran makes sure that you can ski down from the ski slope straight to the chalet’s yard and that you find several cross-country ski tracks just behind the house.

The Ski Bus stop is 800 meters away. In autumn you can pick berries and mushrooms right on the porch and in summer you can hike in the forest just behind the house. Northern lights can be spotted even from inside the chalet through the windows! The center of the holiday village Äkäslompolo is 2 km away. The enormous supermarket Jounin Kauppa offers a wide selection of foods, clothing, and other essentials and also holds a separate pharmacy (Apteekki), a liquor store (Alko), and a café. You will also find other shops, bars, and restaurants in the village center. The hotel Äkäshotelli is 1,5 km away and has a medical center just next to it.

There is a car shelter outside the chalet with pylons for the car heaters. Bed linen, bathrobes, towels, firewood, and cleaning are included in the week-price. We also offer complete sets of modern high-class skis, boots, and ski poles for both cross-country and alpine skiing. Our comfortable alpine ski boots can be found in all adult sizes and fit perfectly with the alpine carving skis in several lengths. The cross-country skis and ski boots are meant for touring and can also be found in different sizes and lengths. Also, a set of snowshoes are yours to use. We also offer our guests a “Norsk Fjellpulke”, which allows you to bring the family’s youngest with you on the cross country ski tour. If you want to use the sled, please let us know in advance.
