Surrounded by 6000 olive trees, the intimate villa sits near the charming town of Fasano. A perfect mix of old and new, this two-level house comes with a rooftop terrace with a sea view and affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle. On the grounds, there’s an “L” shaped heated pool, a solarium with sunbeds for all guests, a vegetable garden, and several alfresco areas together with an external bar. Hidden away, yet very close to the town center, this villa offers five bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics, and several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans, including 80.000 square meters of private grounds and a large parking area.

Through a curated renovation, the estate maintains its period charm although featuring the comforts of our time. The interiors include a spacious living room, a dining area with garden vistas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a master suite with a terrace overlooking the coastal skyline. The interior of the property measures 500 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 10 adults, and 1 extra friend or staff.  Best used for 10 guests, in total.
