A Georgian-style manor in the heart of the charming Cotswolds. Recently constructed, this mansion forms part of an imposing 600-acre estate of beautiful countryside and first-rate amenities, including a tennis court, lawns and gardens, terraces and verandas, and a heated outdoor swimming pool.

With a full complement of staff at hand for your comfort and convenience, guests can dine on a range of dishes made by the in-house chef from locally sourced ingredients ­– all served in the elegant, wainscoted dining room.

The 10-bed house can sleep up to 20 guests making it the perfect setting for family holidays, intimate celebrations, or corporate retreats. You’ll find comfortable sitting rooms, library-style lounges, and beautiful drawing rooms dressed with traditional artwork and antiques while offering the very latest in home entertainment and digital innovations. You’ll find a wonderful outside entertainment terrace area complete with a fire pit and a fully stocked bar – ideal for alfresco dining or an afternoon G&T. Inside, eight bedrooms offer super king or king beds, seven of which have en-suite bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms include a twin and a standard double. There are also two converted barns located across the courtyard that, subject to availability, offer up to eight more bedrooms or a large venue for celebrations and corporate events.

The town of Cirencester is rich with Roman history and some of the most picturesque Cotswold villages are closeby, including Bibury (8km), Bourton-on-the-Water (25km), Burford (24km), and Stow-on-the-Wold (31km)

Cancelation Policy:

• To confirm the booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
• The balance will be due at least 10 weeks prior to arrival.
• Once the balance has been paid, the booking is non-refundable.
• When booking within 10 weeks of arrival, a full non-refundable payment is required.
• If the UK FCDO, US State Department or equivalent Government travel advisory in your country of residence advises against all but essential travel OR the destination you are travelling to has entry restrictions in place that prohibit you from travelling, such as closed borders. you will be entitled to postpone your stay to alternative dates.
• Restrictions must be in place, or are projected to be in place, on the date of check-in (to be reviewed 21 days prior to arrival).
  This applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed with the homeowner and provided in writing. Outside of this, our standard cancellation terms will apply.
