At the very tip of Italy’s heel, located in Salento, this nine-suite artist guest house is a reformed aristocratic building built in the 18th century. The villa, with its new hospitality philosophy, is the perfect place for bespoke experiences in a spectacular frame. On the sweeping grounds, there is an evocative swimming pool area, solarium, a private spa with a Hammam bath, and a Finnish sauna. An open-air courtyard is available for guests to gather and enjoy a glass of wine, breakfast or sit by a fire. The house offers nine bedrooms. Nestled inside a small town, this villa features an outdoor pool a courtyard perfect for dining, and a treed area with tables and chairs to sip a drink next to the pool. Inside the courtyard lies an orange tree orchard with an antique coffeehouse, here some stone tables make the area perfect for a buffet dinner. Recently reshaped and reimagined in 2019, along with a harmonious combination of sublime minimalism and this century’s splendor. The property’s minimalist design strips returned as essential as possible, as augmenting the grandeur of the villa’s unique frescoes, vaulted ceilings, and mosaic flooring, to create a dramatic canvas for the villa’s current artwork collection. At the far end corridor of the villa, you’ll find the garden, with green pastures filled with orange trees. The estate includes 500 square meters of private grounds, gardens, and private property.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

• Morning Housekeeping Service 2 persons of staff 6 hours a day 7 days a week from 9 AM to 3 PM;
• Change of bathroom linen 3 times a week (on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday);
• Change of bed linen 3 times a week (on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday);
• Change of pool linen 7 times a week; Chef and waiter at disposal 6 hours a day, 7 days a week, all meals apart from Breakfast are extra;
• Electricity (Air Conditioning) and Gas (Heating) consumption is included. The boutique hotel has an outside restaurant that can be privatized and used only for guests, excluding outside guests, at the set cost of €8,500 plus VAT per day, non-commissionable

CANCELLATION

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
