With its beautiful swimming pool surrounded by trees and its classy interiors, it is the perfect place for an exclusive seaside holiday in Tuscany. The property is developed on four levels features bright interiors and a chic atmosphere.

On the ground floor, one finds the living room, the kitchen and one bathroom. Flooded with light, the large living room has beautiful windows overlooking the garden and is furnished with elegant sofas, armchairs, rich curtains and pieces of contemporary art. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwaves, dishwasher, two fridges and cooking utensils – the washing machine is located in the laundry.

Like a piece of art in the middle of the living, a stylish spiral staircase connects the floors of the property. The well illuminated basement consists of a wide living room, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a big gym and a sauna. Characterised by round windows, the living room of the basement features a very long sofa with cushions and a TV corner.

Cancellation

Bookings cancelled 91 days (or more) prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Bookings cancelled 90 days (or less) prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests of Rental dates change.

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number etc.), a copy of the passport and the authorization to hold these details in accordance to law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement.

8.000 euros of security deposit will be required upon check in.

500 euros of cleaning fee will be required upon check in.

For late check in (after 8 pm) an extra cost of 50,00 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
