This villa sits in a unique position in Praiano, one of the pearls of the famous Amalfi Coast, a few kilometers from Positano. Outdoor areas wrap around the pool and terraces, suggesting the sensation of being right on the sea. Made in white lime, wrought ironwood, and stone, since the renovation 30 years ago, in the way of the fascinating XVI-century Arab architecture, nothing is left to chance here: every area and room is dedicated to joy and sea watching. The seaside village town resort of Praiano nearby, with its excellent fish restaurants, provides a perfect backdrop to this property, a cozy villa with eclectic interiors, enjoyable alfresco areas, and a spectacular view of the sea. The bedrooms are decorated in Amalfi coast style with washed walls in vivid shades, contemporary fabrics, books, and items, which lend a personal touch. The extension of the Wi-Fi is on the first floor and is part of the swimming pool. The interior of the property measures 500 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 6 adults, 1 child (from 2 to 9 years old), and 1 extra friend or staff in a bedroom without air conditioning. Best used for 6 people, in total. The estate includes 200 square meters of private terraces.

T.P.T (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies for each booking, its amount is linked to the number of guests and it has a flat-rate value of €340.  This amount guarantees the travel planning time, performed by a dedicated travel planner, the remote emergency service active 24/7, the check-in at 4 pm on arrival day, including property status control and its report, and the check-out at 10 am, featuring the property damage control at 8:30 am on check-out day, finally, the detailed accounting of services ordered and the touristic taxes (flat rate)

CANCELLATION 

• Deposit shall be paid for confirmation and it’s 50% of the rental plus taxes
• Balance must be paid maximum 90 days prior to arrival and it consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance)
• Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
• Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
• The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests for Rental date change.
