Villa Lavanda is an enchanting restored villa of the 18th century situated outside the village of Beverino in the Liguria Region, close to Cinque Terre’s area.

Perched on a gentle slope in a secluded setting, the ample estate brims with fragrant flowers and dreamy Tuscan cypresses, while the family-friendly grounds include a swimming pool, a lovely alfresco dining patio, and a relaxing area in a covered gazebo.

The elegantly refurbished interiors blend Tuscany and Provence with modern furnishings, high-end features for cooking and entertainment, and lovely touches of original, antique charm.

Revel in the Mediterranean sun or withdraw beneath the gazebo to sip cool drinks in the gentle shade.  Linger outdoors as the daylight fades, sipping a “Prosecco” wine in the dreamy sunset hour.

The interiors feature gorgeous vestiges of the original farmhouse, complemented by fresh white walls that grow luminous with the plentiful natural light.  The kitchen has an elegantly simple feel and features high-grade appliances and a casual dining table. A living room with a TV and two comfortable sofas provides serenity for relaxation or “smart working”.

The villa has two bedrooms with king beds and one double bedroom with two single beds on the first floor, and one twin bedroom with a futon on the mezzanine; together, they can accommodate up to ten friends or family members.

On the first floor a pool table, exposed timber beams, wooden floors, and lovely artwork exude the minimalist grace of this charming property.

Villa Lavanda serves as a superb holiday home base while exploring the plentiful pleasures of Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets. Just twenty-seven kilometers from Monterosso al Mare, “the pearl of Cinque Terre”,  you’re also within easy reach of Portofino, Forte Dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca, and Florence.

A week is not enough to visit all the beauties of these local places but we strongly recommend that you visit the famous path n. 1, from Portovenere to Riomaggiore and wander amid the ancient walls of Portovenere and its fabulous St Peter Church on the cliff.

Cancellation:

In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will be obliged to make the following charges:

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
