The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a new-classic style with wooden pieces and original terracotta floors. Wood-beamed ceilings lend an airy feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Italian residential architecture, such as the stucco facades, are combined with contemporary touches, like the professional kitchen, and a designed swimming pool. Materials include cotton, stone, wood, and marble, locally sourced. This is an elegant, charming retreat full of light blending traditional and modern Italian architecture.
The external area measures 40.000 sqm to find a Mediterranean-style garden that includes secular pine trees, palms, and olive groves. THE PRICES INCLUDES

  • Morning Housekeeping Service 2 persons of staff 5 hours a day 7 days a week from 9 am to 2 pm;
  • Change of bed linen, bathroom, and pool linen twice a week (Saturday, Wednesday);
  • Chef, waiter, and kitchen brigade service and meals are extra and compulsory, to be prepaid at €1500 per day, VAT will be added to all services and utilities as per Art.27 c.1-2 DL98/2011; Electricity (Air Conditioning) consumption is included;
  • Gas (Heating, €500 per day, booked every week) and Swimming pool heating (€246 per day, booked every week) consumption is extra

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • The T.P.T. (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies to each reserved week or portion;
  • its value depends on the number of guests and is quantified in €340 for every eight guests booked. This amount guarantees (i) Travel Planning, performed by a dedicated team (ii) Remote Emergency Service 24/7 (iii) Check-in at 4 pm with property status control and weekly reports (iv) Check-out at 10 am, and property status control at 8:30 am on departure day (v) A detailed accounting of services ordered and (vi) Daily Tourist Tax applied by Italian municipalities per person per night
