Fully equipped open plan kitchen adjacent to the dining room with a view, makes preparing meals a leisurely and enjoyable activity while a living area is a cozy place to relax to a movie, a book or crackling sound of the fireplace. Built on a hillside fresh sea air can be enjoyed from the pool deck or any of the balconies. Plenty of alfresco lounge seating is available, as well as a charming outdoor kitchen, a sauna room, and a whirlpool. A large deck with tidy garden plants leads to the pool equipped with sun loungers.

With four large bedrooms, each with access to a balcony, eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.

The beating heart of Croatia, extremely rich in history standing proof to occupation by multiple powers, Istria is the most multicultural region of the country with preserved Roman ruins, medieval coastal towns, excellent cuisine, superb beaches, crystal clear water, its own dialect and hospitable hosts. The mountainous center of the peninsula is home to charming villages, producing their own olive oil and delicious wine and if you find yourself here in late summer to early fall be sure to attend a truffle festival offering exquisite truffles in every way known to the gastronomic world.
