Morning Housekeeping Service 1 or 2 persons of staff 8 hours a day 7 days a week from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm);

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The deposit shall be paid for confirmation and it’s 50% of the plus rental taxes.
Balance must be paid a maximum of 90 days before arrival and consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) before arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
The same provisions regarding the calculation of penalties will apply to requests for Rental date change.

CLEANING

Back-to-back changeovers are performed in this property, so new guests will enter on the same day of checkout. To maintain the home in good condition as guests found it, more hours of cleaning may be needed. The local team may increase hours if necessary, to be accounted as extra, to maintain the house tidy for current and upcoming
guests.

LAUNDRY

Your property does feature a washing machine, iron, and board. Delicate clothing that needs dry washing will instead be brought to a laundry service at an additional cost.
