The villa has been carefully renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of the highest quality to offer all modern comforts.

Set high among the lush green hills that border Liguria and Tuscany and are surrounded by an olive grove, it guarantees the utmost privacy and seclusion. It occupies the perfect spot for peaceful relaxation. In addition, the villa’s outdoor pool and the lovely pergola and relaxation area invite you to bathe at leisure quietly.

Great location for those who want to visit Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. In 30 minutes you can reach the seaside (Lerici, Fiascherino, Bocca di Magra).
Only 1.5 km to the nearest town and 5 minutes to get to the train station of Aulla where you can easily reach the amazing Cinque Terre as well as Pisa, Florence, and Lucca.

Ground floor: Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, and double bedroom (Queen size bed) with shared bathroom.
First floor: Large living room connected with the kitchen, suite with mezzanine double bedroom, and en-suite bathroom.
Outside: Private swimming pool (size 9×4,5), private garden (2.000 sm.), gazebo with dining area, terrace, private parking for 2 cars, panoramic views.

The large garden extends to a shaded open living area with a gazebo and pool. Here armchairs and a large dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and the perfect setting for intimate dinners. The careful garden is full of colorful flowers and Mediterranean trees, with shady refreshing areas which offer sea breeze and beautiful views.
