One of the most extensive private properties on the Amalfi coast, incorporating a unique group of private villas nestled among lushing Mediterranean vegetation and lemon trees, hidden away from the traffic and noise of the surrounding towns, and overlooking the extraordinary Amalfi coast seaside, on a cliff. The villa features a panoramic swimming pool and it’s composed by an ancient tower used as a common living room, terrace, and kitchen area for six different cottages around. Three other cottages are spread around the estate, nearby to each other, romantically secluded from the rest of the buildings. The estate includes a vegetable garden and a small animal farm that make children happy.

In total there are 11 bedrooms decorated in elegant style with relaxing white walls, contemporary fabrics, and bespoke furnishing. With 35.000 square meters of private grounds, gardens, orchards, and private grounds, the property can accommodate a total of 22 guests.

The home design approached research in the historical context, resulting in a new style with stone, old terracotta floors and concrete, quality custom-made boards, and furnishing.
Stone walls and concrete vaults lend a contemporary feel to the interiors. The houses have been constructed out of local stone, with an eco-friendly and nature-immersive approach, connecting buildings to the surrounding landscape. Current owners have restored the estate to its original layout, using local materials only, and choosing a palette of colors to contrast and match that of the sea. An ancient tower remodeled to modern comfort functions as a gathering space, this is a relaxed retreat filled with a contemporary vibe, full of natural, delicate light and a welcoming vibe.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

• Morning housekeeping service up to 4 persons of staff for 6 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday excluded);
• Change of all linen twice a week (Saturday; Wednesday);
• Breakfast service 6 days a week (Monday excluded);
• Personal Chef for preparation of lunch and dinner (Thursday off);
• Butler for table service for lunch, appetizer, and dinner (Thursday off);
• All ingredients are extra and paid locally;
• 2 Electric cars at disposal;

• A further refundable deposit of €2.500 for ingredients and damages will be withheld by credit card on arrival;

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• The TPT (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies to each reserved week or portion at the cost of €340 for every 8 guests booked. This amount includes (i) Travel planning (ii) Remote emergency service (iii) Check-in with property status control (iv) Check-out and property and damages control on departure day (v) Detailed accounting of services (vi) Daily tourist tax per person per night

CANCELLATION 

• Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
• Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
  The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests for Rental date change
• In the unlikely event that we modify a booking, the agency/customer will be able to choose between the available options among the following:
  – (I) Accept a replacement property of comparable quality for the same dates booked
  – (II) Accept an alternative property of inferior quality for the same dates booked plus a credit note for the cost difference
  – (III) Accept a change of period of stay in the same property
• In the event of cancellation of Services, the following penalty fees will apply
  – 25% of the total amount for Services canceled more than 61 days before the check-in date
  – 50% of the total amount for Services canceled from 60 to 16 days before the check-in date
  – 100% of the total amount for Services canceled from 15 days to the check-in date

All credit card holders must be aged 21 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities prior to allowing their access to the facilities. In order to facilitate the registration process, you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details in accordance with law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, prior to your arrival at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, or solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. Safety deposit by cash is collected on arrival.
