The villa boasts an independent entrance with a dedicated parking area. A spacious outdoor terrace leads to the main entrance, which opens into a grand foyer overlooking the sea. On this level, you’ll find a guest bathroom, comfortable living spaces, and a dining area. The well-equipped kitchen connects to an outdoor terrace with additional dining and lounging areas, offering breathtaking views.

Ascending the stairs from the main entrance, you’ll discover the upper floor, featuring a bedroom with a private bathroom, a cozy living area ideal for relaxation or work, and a covered sea-view terrace with a treadmill. This floor is perfect for couples with children, as additional bedding can be provided upon request.

Descending to the lower floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom boasting a bathtub and panoramic sea views. Another double bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the same level, accompanied by a convenient laundry room.

External stairs lead to the swimming pool area and the sea. Adjacent to the pool, a charming annex offers a French bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchenette overlooking a quaint garden. Further steps lead to two double bedrooms with sea views, sharing a bathroom with a shower. Finally, guests can access the sea area with a small equipped beach, perfect for enjoying the pristine waters of the Bay of Mermaids.
