Welcome to this charming Finca in Marratxi, a beautiful urbanization that is part of Palma’s urban belt with only a 12-minute drive to the center of Palma (Plaza Espanya).

After extensive renovation work, Finca Sa Vita is now designed for a maximum of 14 people and rests secluded on a very private 16,000m² plot in the middle of a very large and well-kept Mediterranean garden with lots of lawn, fruit trees, and the large private pool. Inside, on the lower living level, you will find one double bedroom, two connected living areas with sofas, fireplace, and TV, and a dining area with an expansive XL dining table to enjoy time socializing with the whole family (or friends), as well as the open kitchen area with a high quality, newly fitted kitchen, where you will find everything to cook like at home. On the upper living level, there are further communal areas and the remaining 6 inviting bedrooms – 4 of which have en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating, as well as high-speed internet.

Outside, too, you have several options for dining in style or enjoying barbecues, depending on the size of your group – and there are various sun-protected chill-out spots, sun-exposed loungers, and cozy retreats for relaxing hours outdoors. The new saltwater pool measures 15 x 5 meters and, in addition to a comfortable step, has a pleasant bench about 15 cm below the water level along its entire length.

Despite the fantastic, secluded location, all desirable services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and more are in the immediate vicinity. You can also reach the capital of the island, Palma, in just a few minutes, take a nice walk or shopping trip through the city center or visit the beautiful cathedral la Seu. The nearest beach is at Portixol (Can Pere Antoni), about 10 km away, and there are other beaches here worth visiting, Ciudad de Jardin, Can Pastilla, S’Arenal, or Cala Major. If you want to play golf on the island, the nearest golf course is Golf Son Termens, also only about 8 km away.
