With its historical 1920s façade, it includes 600 square meters of private, gardens. The building is located on a small hill, so the two floors indicated as below ground feature windows to the outside.

All of the interiors recently underwent a major renovation combining clean lines and decor and including a spacious living room, a dining area with, an eat-in professional kitchen, a SPA, a gym, an indoor swimming pool, together with an elevator connecting all the floor. The palazzo features a cultured, refined style, together with historic vaulted living rooms and elegant large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The interior of the property measures 1,200 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 8 adults.

Home Decor

The home design approached with research in the historical context, resulting in a contemporary, bold, and opulent style, the design choices display the interior decors following Jaques’s love for Napoleonic with bold color walls and large usage of precious marble, including rare amethyst wall panels sourced from Madagascar and Ural, and a vast art items collection. Aesthetically, the house is unique — for instance, the rooftop with Jacuzzi with a vista over the Borghese park — as well as the eclectic materials like rich fabrics, marble baths, delicate artworks, authentic period furniture, and vintage pieces by Lalique, Baccarat, Colombostile are combined with contemporary touches, like a modern lift, an internal Spa with heated pool and sauna.

The villa features a jacuzzi located on the rooftop terrace, an Italian garden circling the Liberty-style building, and a private parking space.

PAYMENT TERMS

• The deposit shall be paid for confirmation and it’s 50% of the rental plus taxes.
• Balance must be paid a maximum of 90 days before arrival and it consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance).

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
• Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) before arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
• The same provisions as the calculation of penalties will apply to requests for Rental date change.
