Every room is filled by the sounds of rushing ocean waves, lulling to and fro on the expanse of golden-grained sands of Pedregal.

At 9,000 square feet, Villa Paloma is a home that is open and expansive, both indoors and out. Each of the 5 bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind and include their own spacious King-size bed. Three bedrooms have their own private terrace and ensuite bathrooms, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms have a shared bathroom.

Featuring a decor of modern taste, with plaster walls and floors in light shades offset by darker furnishings and coverings to create contrast, this home is a beautiful example of a luxury villa. Artwork is tasteful and accentuated by the absence of distraction offered by clean walls. All rooms are bright as they orient towards the ocean and utilize sliding recessed glass doors to open a space seamlessly from bedroom, or living room, to terrace and beyond.

With the ocean and beach at its doorstep, Villa Paloma has tailored its design so that a lower bedroom and media room opens directly onto the beach, preceded by a tiled platform and lounge area for those wishing to enjoy the space.

One level above are the main entertainment and recreation areas with a vast and stunning outdoor terrace, infinity pool, palapa shaded bar and eating area. Step inside to the grand room where living and dining areas and kitchen reside amid a decor of light tones and rich accents with warm woods, dark granite countertops and premium kitchen appliances.

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
