Porto Santo Stefano, Grosseto – Tuscany, Italy

Welcome to Villa Riccitella, a jewel of elegance and comfort nestled in the enchanting lands of Tuscany. Every detail of this residence is carefully crafted to offer a unique experience, from the room decor inspired by the nuances of the sea, the abyss, and the sun-kissed summer land, to the outdoor areas designed for the exclusive well-being of guests.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

A maritime palette inspires the decoration of spacious rooms, each with a unique feature that sets them apart. From the light linen curtains to the natural cotton blankets and lace dream catchers, every detail is designed to ensure a stay focused on well-being. The villa offers 5 rooms, 3 of which have a panoramic view of the Tuscan archipelago, and 6 bathrooms. The adjacent annex features a double bed and en-suite bathroom, adding a touch of luxury.

Well-being takes center stage in the outdoor spaces with the Sport & Fitness Area, a true oasis of peace. Here, the rectangular pool, surrounded by stone flooring, harmoniously blends with the marine landscape. The panoramic terraces offer a 360-degree view of the estate and the Tuscan archipelago.

Layered architecture provides a breathtaking 360-degree panorama. The three terraces are the strengths, offering an unparalleled view of the sea and the surrounding islands.

Centuries-old olive trees, green lawns, and beaten earth paths lead to a villa immersed in a charming park. The patios, furnished with pergola wood and cotton drapes, offer relaxing corners. Artworks by Paolo Portoghesi and Tommaso Gismondi enrich the environment, creating an ancestral place where time seems to stand still.

The white, functional, and welcoming kitchen is enriched with colored azulejos-style tiles. Every detail is optimized to ensure comfort and practicality. Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and other appliances, the kitchen becomes the convivial heart of the house.

Living Room

The living area of Villa Riccitella offers a constant view of the garden, olive trees, and flowers through large windows. Furnishings reflect an essential and aesthetically refined spirit, creating an ideal atmosphere for slow stays.

Furniture – Past & Modernity

Period furnishings harmoniously blend with design elements, creating warm and refined interiors. The villa proposes a hospitality concept that combines past and modernity, with a sought-after style evident in the panoramic terraces and well-kept interiors.

HEATING – Heating is available at an additional charge of 30,00 Euros per day and must be paid directly on the spot to the owner or his/her representative before departing. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries. If you are looking for a property in the low season, make sure to ask for an estimate of the heating cost. You may be asked for a supplementary deposit for heating expenses.

WATER AND ELECTRICITY – Please note that most of the properties that we offer are not the typical purpose-built Mediterranean holiday villas. Most are converted farmhouses or former manor houses, full of character and history. Water shortages do occur; please use it sparingly during the summer months. At the same time, Italy is probably one of the few countries in the world where the government has introduced a system of electricity limitators to contain national consumption. This means you must be careful when using more than one appliance at once because the limitator will shut the electricity off.
