Villa Riva is a wonderful and comfortable house. Fresh and breezy during the summer, very bright and sunny, positioned in a high-level residential context. The scenic bay & islands sea views, and the private swimming pool are certainly the best features of the house.

The New Private Swim Pool has a modern infinity style. The water in the pool is not very deep and perfect for children and Families.

There are 4 bedrooms in total (2 bedrooms plus one bathroom on one wing of the house, and then the other 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on the other wing of the house). In the middle of the property is the day area with a very nice & cozy living room, dining room, and a separate kitchen.

There are a nice garden, 3 different veranda, a fantastic rooftop terrace, and a pool area with its terraces where to enjoy most of the time of the day while staying at home in super comfort.

The sea views from home are great .. and the area is very safe. Beaches & all shops & services are just a few minutes away down the road.
