The property is spread over four floors of which three are at guests’ disposal: a lower ground, a ground floor, and a tower accessed independently. The predominant entrance is from the terraces on the ground floor. There are three common rooms facing a terrace running all around the floor with areas used for alfresco dining or inspirational relaxation. At sunset or the night, the cool breezes blowing from the sea in this area will make the ideal dinner or a drink to sip. The home design, approached with research in the estate’s technical, and historical contexts, results in an Amalfi classic style with ceramics, southern Italian tiled floors, original paintings, glossy wood furniture, and white walls. In a panoramic, 18 x 5-meter pool, filled with seawater and heated on request – swimming here is an unforgettable experience one will experience even on the coolest of summer mornings. At the poolside, one will find solar loungers, a shower, a restroom, and a minibar. The perfect place for an alfresco feast, the primary terrace is prepared with a table, chairs, and a conventional pizza oven too, with an expert pizza chef on request able to prepare a pizza feast for guests. Located just a fifteen-minute away from Positano, the quiet fishing village of Praiano is packed with attractions and unique precise flavors that can sometimes be hard to find along the well-beaten path of the Amalfi Coast.
