Situated in a private and tranquil location surrounded by gardens of bougainvillea, its views across the sea and over Positano and the coast are incomparable. Elegantly furnished with antique and contemporary art, the villa comes with a gym inside of a natural cave and a private dock with sunbeds, an external shower, and a private entrance to the sea. Hidden away, yet very close to the town center, this estate offers five bedrooms decorated in elegant style with color-washed walls in pale shades, contemporary and classic fabrics with several bespoke furnishing by local Italian artisans. Its current owners embarked on meticulous renovation every year to update the original structure built-in 1963. The interior of the property measures 500 square meters and it can accommodate a total of 10 adults. The estate includes 650 square meters of private grounds and gardens. The interiors include a spacious living room, a dining area with access to the outside terrace with a sea view, a well-equipped kitchen, a gym, and a master suite with a terrace overlooking the sea.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE 

• Children under 12 years old are subject to Owner’s approval. In case of acceptance, the party shall bring their babysitter for the full stay. In case of children arrive without permission, there will be a charge of €500 p.week/p.child plus mandatory babysitting costs. Children are counted as full charging guests
• Deposit shall be paid for confirmation and it’s 50% of the rental plus taxes
• Balance must be paid maximum 90 days prior to arrival and it consists of 50% of rental plus 20% of gross rental (of which 10% for Damage Deposit and 10% of Refundable Advanced Provisioning Allowance).

RENTAL CONDITIONS

Policies and requirements

Cancellation

• Bookings cancelled 91 days (or more) prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
• Bookings cancelled 90 days (or less) prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
• The same provisions, as to the calculation of penalties, will apply to requests of Rental dates change.
