BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Villa Uliveta has four beautifully designed and luxuriously appointed double ensuite bedrooms. Three are within the Villa itself, and the very beautiful Annex bedroom sits just outside of the Villa, perfect for those who want a little of their own privacy.

Each of the spacious bedrooms have its own look and feel, yet all with the five stars comforts.

Decorated in calming, natural hues, each ensuite bedroom has fantastic natural light and features a variety of views from the spectacular olive grove, to the sea view or the beautifully manicured gardens.

Furnished to the very highest standards, rooms feature natural wood floors, king-sized beds with wooden or fabric headboards, Molteni furniture, bespoke artisan lighting, Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton linens.

There are 4 large double bedrooms, each over 27sq m in size; and the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Bedroom 1: Double size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, walk in wardrobe, television, air conditioning/heating,safe, sea and garden view, private intimate terrace.

Bedroom 2: Double size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, television, air conditioning/heating, safe, medieval village view, large terrace, sea and olive grove view. Romeo & Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 3: Double size bed (can be converted to twin beds), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, television, air conditioning, garden view.

Bedroom 4: The Annex room is situated just outside the main Villa on the ground floor. Double size bed, (can add an additional single bed), ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, walk in wardrobe, television, air conditioning/heating, safe, terrace, refrigerator.

FEATURES DETAILS 

There are 4 large double bedrooms, each over 27sq m in size; and the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. As an optional extra, you can rent Villa Olivia along side Villa Uliveta and create yourself an exclusive retreat for up to 20 guests.

• The master bedroom offers a walk-in wardrobe and small private terrace with views over the Adriatic sea and gardens.
• The private Annex bedroom has its own intimate terrace and garden, as well as a walk in wardrobe and en-suite and is situated on the ground floor.
• All bedrooms have king size beds. There are two bedrooms that can be made into twin beds – one of the bedrooms in the Villa and the Annex room.
• All bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms are contemporary in design and feature natural stone, polished concrete and sleek, brushed steel fittings.
• Furniture ranges from Molteni to hand made bespoke beds designed by local artisans in Le Marche
• All bedrooms can accommodate at least one travel cot for children; available upon request.
• Each bedroom has been beautifully appointed and finished to the highest standard, and come with their own dressing table, hairdryer, safe, Wifi, TV and Villa Uliveta’s own Netflix account.
• Air conditioning and heating can be set in the upstairs bedroom area and the Annex room, ensures your comfort on the warmest or coolest of nights.
• A selection of Davines toiletries is available for every guest.

LIVING SPACES

Villa Uliveta has been designed with entertaining in mind with its light, airy and relaxing open plan living space. Expansive views can be enjoyed from the large windows that wrap around the south facing side of the Villa where you can lose yourself in the rolling hills and olive groves that extend to the sea.

Throughout the villa you will find an calming mix of both contemporary and classic design features such as natural stone floors that sit harmoniously with restful colour schemes that work beautifully with striking contemporary design details and unique pieces of art and designer furniture from the likes of Molteni and Flexform that give the villa a vibrant sense of modern elegance.

In the open plan lounge, bathed in natural light, you will find a large expansive sitting area, perfect for winter aperitivos, the large dining area, and the discreet yet comfortable lounge for those who just need to sit back and relax to their favourite TV show.

DINING SPACES

Villa Uliveta is the perfect location for those who love to cook, entertain or for those who would like to be cooked for during any month of the year. With four spacious dining areas and two kitchens to choose from, complete with a huge traditional wood-fired pizza oven, the villa is a foodie’s dream destination.

Inside the Villa, the large bespoke Molteni designed kitchen is well-equipped with all the very best Miele appliances and accessories should you want to eat in, and the kitchen comes complete with a breakfast table, perfect for enjoying your homemade Crostata cake in the morning. If during the summer months you prefer to take your breakfast outside, you can enjoy your coffee from the intimate terrace just outside the kitchen where you can enjoy the expansive vistas of the rolling hills right down to the Adriatic coast.

The contemporary inside dining area within the open plan lounge, is the perfect place to enjoy dinner should it be a colder day and can seat 8 around the Molteni table very comfortably.

During the summer months, you will create fabulous memories in the incredible purpose designed outdoor eating area and outside kitchen. Situated underneath a huge linen-curtained pagoda, you will find shelter from the sunlight whilst you enjoy endless bowls of pasta, pizza and fine wine on the sprawling wooden table and benches, carved from a huge tree many years ago.

Seating up to 22 people easily, before dinner, enjoy an Aperitivo whilst you take in the sprawling views across the olive groves to the sea, take 2 minutes before everyone arrives whilst you relax in the swaying hammocks, and then spend many a night chatting to those around you in one of the most magical settings.

THE POOL, POOL HOUSE, PAGODA & GYM

The luxury, spacious, modern pool house is a concrete minimalist haven from the sun, housing a kitchenette, bar, eating area, gym, two washrooms and two showers. The pool house comes complete with retractable floor-to-ceiling windows so if you would like to use this as a yoga studio in the winter or summer months, you can.

The gym is fully complete with a running machine, rowing machine, punch bag, free weights, yoga mats as well as the latest Multigym Technogym.

For the active, there’s table tennis and table football. For those who just want to lounge by the pool whilst you bask in the sunlight, there are eight Dedon sun loungers and the Dedon love chair, lined with fresh white towels that can be replenished daily should you wish. These can be positioned directly.

TENNIS COURT

For those who want to burn off the pasta, why not try your hand at tennis on the double, flood-lit court sat within the Olive grove. Unless your a pro, there is no need to bring your racket and balls, just simply borrow ours to save you the trouble.

• 30% Deposit required to secure the booking.
• 70% Balance 90 days before arrival date.

CANCELLATION 

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
