In a short distance from the cosmopolitan beach “ELIA”, over the hillside, having a magnificent view to the Aegean Sea, the cozy Villa Afrodite lays.

This lovely house, with a private swimming pool, is located 10km away from Mykonos town (“Chora”), 9 km from Mykonos International Airport ( JMK ), and 3km from the traditional village of Ano Mera.

It is characterized by the harmonious plasticity of its building blocks which are fully integrated into the rough Mykonian landscape, giving guests a sense of relaxation and comfort, while forming a space completely children-friendly. It is one of the very few “children-friendly” villas in Mykonos.

The simplicity of Cycladic architecture aligns perfectly with the modern conveniences of minimal decoration and combines comfort and tranquility for a relaxing vacation, with the opportunity to get amid Mykonos “life” within a few minutes!

The villa was created to bring new standards to Villa rentals at the island of Mykonos. All the parts are carefully chosen for their style & quality. Signature & Branded furniture & equipment have been combined to create a unique living experience for our prestigious guests. Moreover, it is environmentally friendly as 85% of its assets are fully recyclable, and all-electric & electronic devices belong to the lowest Energy consumption class, giving a soft environmental footprint.

It features open-space living areas with shaded pergolas and a swimming pool with overflow. It also features an outside BBQ & a compact outside shaded playground with various toys for children up to 8 years old. From the large terraces the guest can enjoy the Aegean Sea, gazing at the islands of Paros and Naxos Following the natural slope, villa Afrodite is developed in two levels:

 ACCOMMODATION

The entrance level includes:

• A large living room with a cozy indoor dining area
• A modern and fully equipped kitchen
• Bathroom
• Large dining terrace with a pergola
• Outside lounge area with pergola and breathtaking sea view

The lower level includes:

• Master bedroom with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom
• Two double bedrooms (The first one with two single beds,  the second one with a Queen size bed)
• A single bedroom without windows, preferably to be used as a staff room
• A bathroom
• A kitchenette
• A shaded playground for children up to 8 years old

In the lower level of the house are located utility rooms for the villa’s facilities

• Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
• Minimum stay in high season one week
• Short rentals considered on request

POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS 

Cancellation

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

House rules

• No smoking
• Check-in 4 PM – 7 PM
• Check out by 10 AM
