On the ground floor, there is an open space living room with a dining table, a fully fitted modern kitchen plus a guest bathroom with a shower and two double bedrooms. The basement offers a large party room with a dining table that seats twelve people and a fireplace.

On the first floor, there is a game table, a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite provided of a modern raining shower with sensory lights plus walk-in-closet, balcony, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, dressing room, and balcony; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
