Podere Gaia is set in a privileged position on the hills behind Cinque Terre, between Liguria and Tuscany.  The beaches of Liguria as well as Tuscany and the Cinque Terre villages are easily accessible from here. Ideal to go during the day to bathe with the family enjoy the culture of the country and draw in the evening in the freshness and tranquility of the mountains back.

The villa has been carefully renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of the highest quality to offer all modern comforts.
Surrounded by Mediterranean trees it guarantees utmost privacy and seclusion and occupies the perfect spot for peaceful relaxation.

In addition, the villa’s outdoor pool and the lovely pergola and relaxation area invite you to bathe at leisure quietly.

For those who love silence and nature, for families and groups of friends,  is the ideal place for a meeting to discover unusual itinerary and antique flavors, the local food is excellent, not forgetting that at 30 minutes by car, there is the sea with its beautiful beaches of Monterosso in Cinque Terre, Levanto, Porto Venere, Poet’s Gulf, Lerici, Fiascherino and Tellaro.

Moreover thanks to the villa’s location you can easily reach interesting tourist and cultural sights both in Liguria and Tuscany.

ACCOMMODATION

The property consists of two independent units with a kitchen, fully equipped and furnished.
Eight bedrooms (All beds are King size except the large sofa bed inside La Stele 2); 6 bathrooms (4 with shower 2 with bathtub)

SPECIAL NOTES 

– The property is for the exclusive use of our customers (swimming pool included). Owners can not rent any available/empty apartment during their stay.
– It is not allowed to share a group of ten people in two apartments. If your group consists of 10 people this group will be hosted at “Apartment 2” only. If you need anyway two separate apartments a new price will be given.

GROUNDS

Outside the patio extends to a shaded open living area. Here the sofas and armchairs and a large dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and the perfect setting for romantic evening dinners.

Private Swimming Pool (size sm. 5 x 20) with outdoor shower and warm water, park, patio with dining area for groups of thirty people, private parking for eight cars, panoramic views.
