Villa Attilia is a large luxury villa that dates back to the 16th century.
Recently renovated in a style that harmoniously intertwines traditional Tuscan characteristics with all modern comforts, this charming villa enjoys a breathtaking view over the mountains and Cortona’s valley.
Villa Attilia is nestled into a private oasis of around 100 hectares, surrounded by natural beauty. The secluded location is ideal for relaxing in absolute peace and leaving behind the chaos of your daily routine.
The villa is spread over three floors, with a ground floor that consists of a wine cellar, a large living room area with a cozy fireplace, a large dining area, and a large fully equipped professional kitchen with a service bathroom.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a living area. On the top floor, there are another four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Spend time exploring the beautifully manicured garden area, which is terraced with three different levels, with different lounge areas to sit with a book or enjoy a glass of wine.
On the grounds, there is a private pool with stunning views over the valley and a dining area where you can enjoy meals or aperitives al fresco. A chef is available to treat you to mouthwatering Tuscan meals, using fresh local produce, creating an atmosphere that truly is like your home away from home.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
Advance notice may be required:
HEATING – Heating is available at an additional charge of 30,00 Euro per day and must be paid directly on the spot to the owner or his/her representative before departing. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries. If you look for a property in the low season, make sure to ask for an estimate of the heating cost. You may be asked a supplementary deposit for heating expenses.
WATER AND ELECTRICITY – Please note that most of the properties that we offer are not the typical purpose-built Mediterranean holiday villas. Most are converted farmhouses or former manor houses, full of character and history. Water shortages do occur; please use it sparingly during the summer months. At the same time, Italy is probably one of the few countries in the world where the government has introduced a system of electricity limitators to contain the national consumption. This means you must be careful when using more than one appliance at once because the limitator will shut the electricity off.
