Villa Cayetana is a little piece of paradise. This luxury Villa is surrounded by natural beauty and impresses even the most lavish of travelers. Its clean-cut, minimalistic decoration and open nature of the living areas induce a sense of calm, space, and contemplation.

This oceanfront villa located in Sian Ka’an biosphere is designed for 8 – 10 people but for special requests of up to 14 people. It offers a pool, spacious indoor & outdoor lounges, a spacious kitchen, a TV room, and perfectly manicured beach garden spaces made for relaxation. The roof lounge area that runs throughout the house size will give extra private outdoor space and open the most amazing views of the sea and sky shades of blues.

Villa Cayetana was built in line with strict Ecological Building Standards and all the electricity is sourced through sun panels to make us carbon-neutral! Only in extreme circumstances will we use the backup generator. Organic wastes are treated on site by three filters and recyclables are separated and used for the plants as organic food.

BOOKING CONDITIONS  

To confirm a booking we require a 50% pre-payment at the moment of making your reservation and the final balance (50%) 30 days before arrival.
A USD 2,000 damage deposit is required 30 days before arrival and will be refunded at the departure upon satisfactory inspection of the property.

RESERVATIONS

All bookings and payments are valid upon confirmation by Villas & Retreats management via email.
Payment method is by bank wire transfer, bank details will be sent to you by email.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

For cancellation to be valid, we need a written request from you and a written confirmation of the cancellation by us.
Cancellations made by phone are not valid.

• 25% non-refundable: charge of the total amount on any cancellation.
• 50% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels
  90 to 31 days before the arrival date.
• 75% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels
  30 days or less before the arrival date.
