The open space living area is on the ground level with elegant furnishings, tasteful décor, flat screen TV, and a fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, all with access to the terrace. Ensuite bedrooms are on the upper levels, each with a king-size bed, a TV, and access to a balcony, making it convenient to enjoy sunsets from any room in the villa. An infinity pool, BBQ and alfresco dining, a sauna, gym, and modern appliances are also provided for your enjoyment. Enjoy a holiday at its best.

For a full experience of the area, we invite you to visit the famous city of Dubrovnik, which just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in the seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian-only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th-century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must-stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect viewpoint to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying the fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
