One of the most extensive private properties on the Amalfi coast, nestled among lushing Mediterranean vegetation and lemon trees, hidden away from the surrounding towns, and overlooking the extraordinary Amalfi coast seaside, on a cliff, this villa features a large solarium and a seawater swimming pool. There are 8 bedrooms decorated in an elegant, contemporary style with relaxing white walls, soft fabrics, and bespoke furnishing.
The estate included 35,000 square meters of grounds, a vegetable garden, and a small animal farm, accommodating 16 guests. Although Italy’s architecture and village structure are naturally challenging in case of mobility limitations, this villa is reasonably fit for the elderly as it features two electric cars to move inside the estate.

Access

The property features covered parking at its entrance for 7 cars of mid-size, between 200 meters to 1 km to the farthest building in the estate (including a villa and several cottages, in completely separated areas). Porter service is necessary and is available from the reception at the main gate entrance, on arrival and departure. This service is included in the rental fees and applies to one bag per person, extra bags can be carried at additional cost.

Please consider the following

• There is a maximum of 1 km to reach the house from the parking spot, porter service, and electric cars will be used to escort guests on arrival
• There are several stairs to enter the property, the estate is built on a rocky hill descending to the sea.
• There are several terraces on different levels
• The swimming pool is accessed through 3 stairs
• Remote control to access the main gate (2 remote sets left at the property)
• To enter the property door, keys are used (we leave 2 them for your group at the property)

• Morning housekeeping service up to 4 persons of staff for 6 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday excluded);
• Change of all linen twice a week (Saturday; Wednesday);
• Breakfast service 6 days a week (Monday excluded);
• Personal Chef for preparation of lunch and dinner (Thursday off);
• Butler for table service for lunch, appetizer and dinner (Thursday off);
• All ingredients are extra and paid locally;
• 2 Electric cars at disposal;
• Electricity (Air Conditioning) and Gas (Heating) consumption is included;
• Further refundable deposit of €2.500 for ingredients and damages will be withheld by credit card on arrival;
• A waiver form for the Golf Car must be signed by the prime guest;

• The TPT (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies to each reserved week or portion at the cost of €340 for every 8 guests booked. This amount includes (i) Travel planning (ii) Remote emergency service (iii) Check-in with property status control (iv) Check-out and property and damages control on departure day (v) Detailed accounting of services (vi) Daily tourist tax per person per night

• Bookings canceled 91 days (or more) before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
• Bookings canceled 90 days (or less) before arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
  The same provisions regarding the calculation of penalties will apply to requests for Rental date change.
