There is also 2 private resident’s beach clubs along with 2 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf courses for the golf and beach enthusiasts in the group. Should any guest need anything at anytime at Villa Colorata, you will have excellent 24-hour room service along with your own private butler and housekeeper.

Colorata is lavishly designed with a seamless combination of contemporary Pacific Coast architecture, decorated in neutral tones with splashes of colour in the form of hand-made Mexican handicrafts. Colorata boasts up to 8,000 sq.ft of living space. Guests will also have incredible sea views from the private terraces, patio areas, pool and Jacuzzi.

If you have a larger group/family or event there is the option of using neighbouring 4 bedroom villa which can provide up to 9 bedrooms when combined with Colorata.

All 5 bedrooms are very spacious with neutral stone floors, contemporary Mexican furniture and art. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with L’occitaine toiletries.

Master Suite #1 features a King-size Bed, oversized bi-level room with spacious sitting area and flat-screen TV. The patio opens out to the Jacuzzi and outdoor lounge area. There is also a spacious en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, tub and walk-in closet.

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
