Welcome to Villa Belen, a new 5-bedroom upscale beach villa embedded in tropical surroundings. This magnificent home is the newest villa in the area. Villa Belen has also a casita which can be rented as a 6th bedroom. Villa Belen offers a tranquil away-from-the-crowds unique experience.

Located in Tankah, only minutes away from Tulum Villa Belen is the perfect setting for a family vacation, an excursion with friends, or a quick romantic getaway. This luxurious villa offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Villa Belen includes 5 spacious bedrooms. 4 with king-size beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The Villa features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and living area with a flat-screen TV and surround system. Throughout the house, you will find nothing but brand-new high-end furniture.

On the first and second floor, you will find spacious terraces that offer incredible ocean views and comfortable outdoor accommodations. Bordering the terrace there is a large infinity pool overlooking the private sandy beach and Caribbean Sea. A truly majestic view. Right in front of the beach, there is a big palapa which is perfect for dining outside. The inside and outside dining area have enough space to comfortably seat 10 people.

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
