The villa surrounded by olive trees affords beautiful views which embrace the whole valley to the mediterranean sea.
The villa has been carefully restored and renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of high quality to offer all modern comforts. The owner has put her personal touch and care into every single detail and the nuances used to give the house a bright and airy feel. Set high among the lush green hills that border Liguria and Tuscany and are surrounded by an olive grove, it guarantees the utmost privacy and seclusion and occupies the perfect spot for peaceful relaxation. In addition, the villa’s outdoor pool and the gazebo relaxation area invite you to bathe leisure quitely.
Great location for those who want to visit the Cinque Terre and Tuscany. In 20 minutes you can reach the seaside (Bocca di Magra, Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro). Only 1.5 km to the nearest town (Ceparana) and 20 minutes to reach the Railway Station of La Spezia where you can easily reach the amazing Cinque Terre. An hour by car from Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Florence.

Special Note: Although the owner lives near the villa, all facilities – garden, parking area, and swimming pool area for your exclusive use.

ACCOMMODATION

Lower floor: Tavern with kitchen and dining area connected with the garden, family bathroom, and laundry.
Ground floor: Large living room facing directly onto the garden, fitness room, two double bedrooms (Queen size beds),  bathroom with shower and whirlpool.
First floor:  Double bedroom (Queen size bed) plus a single bed with panoramic view, twin bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom with shower.

Grounds: Private garden (1.500 sm) with fully equipped dining area, gazebo with relax area, private pool (12×4 m)
Private parking: Two cars

THE GROUNDS
The large garden extends to a shaded open living area with a gazebo and pool. Here armchairs and a large dining table offer wonderful relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and the perfect setting for romantic evening dinners. The careful garden is full of colorful flowers and Mediterranean trees, with shady areas for enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and the beautiful views.

Cancellation

• Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration, process you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrived at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, or solicit any service or product from you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement.
