Comfortably sleeping to 10 people, this exclusive, detached country villa, is set in a privileged position on the hillside of Bolano, between Liguria and Tuscany, just a stone’s throw from the Cinque Terre fishing villages and nature reserve. The villa surrounded by olive trees affords beautiful views, which embrace the whole of Magra’s Valley to the Mediterranean Sea.

The property has been carefully restored and renovated with fine traditional materials and fabrics of the highest quality to offer all modern comforts. The owner has put his personal touch and care into every single detail and the nuances used to give the house a bright and airy feel.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Before reaching the house there is a dirt track of about 800 meters, however, the road is passable even with normal cars. However, there is no need for a 4×4 car.

Villa San Giusto is the ideal base to visit Liguria and part of Tuscany and discover the excellent local food.
Great location for those who want to visit Tuscany and Cinque Terre. In a few minutes, you can reach the seaside (Lerici, San Terenzo, Bocca di Magra). Only 6 km to the nearest town and 20 minutes to reach the Train station of Santo Stefano di Magra where you can easily reach the amazing Cinque Terre.
Being on the border of Tuscany is easy to reach the Medieval villages of Lunigiana, Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Florence, Lucca, etc.

For those fascinated by history, art, and architecture, the medieval town of Sarzana, invites you to explore its lovely historic center and magnificent churches, which acquired special importance when the town took over the bishopric of Luni during the Middle Ages.

Cancellation

• Cancel up to 61 days before your trip and get a full refund.
• Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

House rules

• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM
• Check out by 10 AM
• For late check-in (after 8 pm) an extra cost of 50 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival.
