This exclusive villa is located in Poreč, only a few meters from the beautiful sea. It exudes the finest modern design. This outdoor area creates a wonderful atmosphere enriched by fresh, gentle Mediterranean sea breezes.

The outdoor area offers entertainment on a large deck overlooking the ocean and the luxurious pool area. Relax in the bubbling hot tub, take advantage of the sunbathing area or have direct access to the sea (blue flag), then enjoy the luxurious outdoor shower.

There is also a beautifully landscaped barbecue area in the shade for your comfort. It extends over 2 levels paved with natural stone floors. The ground floor comprises: a large living / dining area with sliding glass doors leading directly to the terrace, pool and seafront promenade. Fully equipped kitchen, storage; Double fridge; open living and dining area; Fireplace; Laundry; a guest toilet; There is a spacious bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor there are another 4 comfortable bedrooms.

There are 4 bikes available for free use, as well as a cot by prior arrangement and on suplement.

Small restaurants are in the neighborhood. The distance to the center of the tourist town

Poreč is about 1 km, to grocery store is about 300 m, to Marina Poreč about 1.5 km and the nearest golf path in Zelena Laguna is about 3 km.

Policies and requirements

Cancellation

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 40% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
