Villa Sara is a complex consisting of a manor house surrounded by a splendid park with swimming pool, tennis court and an adjacent building consisting of four apartments.

Positioned a comfortable distance from the lights and sounds of Versilia, Villa Sara is decorated with lush lawns, vibrant gardens, and iconic olive trees.
The villa has been expertly restored using the precious marbles of the nearby Apuan quarries, in the floors in the internal staircase and in the external spaces.

The living area on the ground floor consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area with sofas and fireplace. The ancient chapel has now become an integral part of the house, a place for meeting and conviviality, a large bright volume equipped as a second dining and reading area.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms with wooden floors, three double and one twin, each with private bathroom. Exposure to the winds makes them fresh and welcoming without the need for air conditioners.

Outside there is the large swimming pool with outdoor shower, changing rooms with bathroom and shower and the beautiful fully equipped tennis court.

If you’re planning a special occasion or just casual family dinners, Villa Sara has formal dining inside with seating for eight, alfresco dining for ten, and several smaller lounge areas that are perfect for morning coffees. During your stay, you’ll enjoy daily housekeeping, daily breakfast, and welcome dinner with a private chef.

Another perk included with your reservation is a walking tour of Viareggio or Forte dei Marmi, which is a great way to get acquainted with the area and all of its history, as well as its boutique shops, bakeries, markets, and nightlife establishments. If you’re up for a day trip, the bustling city of Lucca is less than an half hour from home, or, you could do the opposite and head to Cinque Terre National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and immerse yourself in the beautiful natural environment of Italy.
