Located on the South West Coast of the Dominican Republic, Cap Cana is one of the most exclusive private resorts in the whole of the Caribbean.

This beautiful villa in Cap Cana is situated on an incredible private beachfront. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax with family and friends. You can choose to spend your time floating in the beautiful infinity pool, soaking up the sun on your own stretch of private beach or lounging around in the many magnificent outdoor living areas of the property which are blessed with a temperature year-round climate, light rainfall, and gentle soft breezes. Its colourful coral reefs, crystalline blue waters and your very own private white-sand beach make this the perfect tropical paradise to enjoy a cold cocktail provided by your team of staff with your family.

The villa has a large airy interior with a prominent foyer when you enter through the main door. It has exposed wooden beam ceilings throughout with a very natural and beautifully designed interior which is both a calming and welcoming décor. With high ceilings and large windows there is lots of natural sunlight delighting all areas of the villa. You will find a stunning white cabinetry kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops and a modern breakfast nook. There is also a spacious living room to enjoy where you can kick back and watch cable TV with family and friends on the comfortable couches.

As the weather in the Caribbean is always wonderful, we want our guests to enjoy this amazing property so Villa Nausica is also equipped with a Gas barbeque and a stylish alfresco dining area where you can relax and admire the views of the ocean 24/7.

The villa features 7 bedrooms. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, the other two bedrooms have each two queen size beds, full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. When you go the stairs up you will find the majestic master bedroom with a king-size bed, full bathroom with double shower, walking closet and TV, the fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet and the sixth bedroom has 2 queen size beds, full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.

The villa has a private dock, where a 200 ft vessel can moor and it´s equipped with 3 electric and water stations for smaller boats (not included in the pricing).

The location of Villa Nausica is perfect. It has envying views of the marina which is just a short walk away. The Cap Cana marina which is full of life is host to a small grocery store where you can find snacks among other provisions and trendy fine dining restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

Nearby activities provided by the resort include Golf, Tennis, Sailing, Windsurfing, Kite Surfing, Snorkelling, Scuba diving, Deep-sea fishing, Horseback riding, Fitness centre, and Spa. These services will incur an additional cost. Our wonderful concierge Noreen can arrange any of these activities for you before you travel to the Dominican Republic. Noreen can also arrange to pre-stock the villa before you arrive with your desired groceries if you wish.

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
