Indulging in its very own beach, the property overlooking panoramic ocean views. Accommodating up to twenty-three of your loved ones it is the perfect island style Caribbean villa.

The villa is ideally based in a private location yet is also a short driving distance from Rum Point, Cayman Kai, and the East End. This short twenty to thirty-minute drive will lead you to the vibrant towns offering rich culture and profusion of amenities to indulge in. The villa is a short thirty-minute drive from the famous Seven Mile Beach, a luxurious destination to enjoy. However, with your very own private beachfront villa, you will never have to venture far from its luxuries.

Making your way into the elegant and modern villa, you will first discover the large two-story glass entrance. The ocean-front property features four levels and includes its own elevator for easy access to all levels. The entrance leads into the grand living areas, which blends the living, dining and kitchen areas into an open plan space. The modern and contemporary design is complete with the open two-story cathedral ceiling and ceiling to floor windows that embrace the ocean views and flood the space with light and warmth. The spacious room features smooth tiled floors, whitewashed walls and direct access out onto the terrace, which ensures an airy and fresh ambiance.

The oceanfront living space includes two dining areas. One at the front of the villa ground floor and one overlooking the terrace. The tables together can seat up to sixteen guests, with an additional four along the kitchens breakfast bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped for you to use during your stay. The glossy white cabinetry and marbleize counters create a luxurious space, perfect for cooking up some tantalizing cuisine. The living area is fitted with plush sofas and laced with colorful cushions. Watch your favorite films on the large plasma screen TV’s here, as they come to life with the Sonos sound system and high-resolution visuals. The ground floor also features an additional guest bathroom.

The villa has a total of 6 luxurious bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The rooms are each fitted with lavish linens, high-resolution TV’s and Sonos sound systems, while the bathrooms feature bath amenities, hairdryers, spa robes and slippers, beach towels and towels. The Master suite is based on the ground floor and offers you a king-sized bed with an additional sofa sleeper. The bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower with double shower heads and two private water closets. The room encompasses a large closet space and access onto the oceanfront terrace. There are four bedrooms based on the second floor, three of which feature luxurious king-sized beds. The rooms all include access to the private balconies with both ocean and garden views. The fourth room offers two lavish Queen-sized Beds and an extra twin daybed. This room includes a whirlpool bathtub and an Xbox One. The family suite is based on the third floor includes a separate living space. The room is fitted with a Queen-sized Bed and two comfortable sofa sleepers. The kitchen area is equipped with appliances such as a microwave, two-burner electric cooktop, small fridge, and an icemaker. The loft room enjoys its very own private oceanview balcony complete with elevated ocean views.

*Additional Beach Details:Villa Oceania sits directly on the beach, facing the south. Some guests prefer water shoes to enter the ocean as there is soft turtle grass along the starts of the shoreline. Soft sandy bottom begins about 100m in.
