The villa is built in amphitheater location, occupying a total area of 383 sq.m on three levels, comprising of 3 master bedrooms in the main house with 5 attached suites, a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and1 WC for quests.

The minimal decor with elegant furniture provides a timeless style to this luxury Villa.

Villa Opale, makes a great match for guests who appreciate exquisite taste, while being close to Mykonos Town. The spacious living room (with fireplace) and dining room are close to the kitchen, which is equipped with all modern appliances.

Villa Opale features full air conditioning in all main interior areas, WIFI, TV and alarm system. The infinity pool blends with the blue of the sea in order to capture the most amazing panoramas of the Aegean Sea and the legendary Mykonos Town. Villa Opale is shaped with both shaded living and dining rooms with pergolas, thus making it a perfect environment for relaxation and sunbathing in Mykonos island. We offer daily cleaning and twice a week change of linen, to all our villas in Mykonos.

• Maintenance 8 hours / day available on call (8 am – 4 pm)
• All villas feature fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances – the suites feature kitchenette
• Complimentary WiFi – (we’re not responsible for the internet speed – the internet provider is responsible for that, in our case OTE)

CANCELLATION

Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and only pay 30% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking
• Pets not allowed
• Check-in is 4PM > 7PM
• Check out by 10AM
• No parties with exterior visitors allowed
• No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
• The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state. Villas Retreats reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
